Starting a new chapter.

I have been considering on whether to start penning my thoughts down somewhere for quite sometime now. But i have constantly been merely sleeping over the thought as I am unsure if I will be able to generate content interesting enough for anyone to read (other than me LOL), and also, whether I will be diligent enough to keep this online platform alive. But after years of hesitation, I guess I am starting to see such online platforms as convenient channels for anyone to express themselves and hence, plucking up courage to finally start one.

Before I created this site, I texted one of my friends, to seek advise on whether I should embark on this journey. Afterall, there is the worry of "what if no one gives a shit about what i write?" still lurking back in my head. And my friend said:

"Even if you fail, you will still have 1 reader."

Okay LOL 是有一点 sad, but hey I've got myself 1 reader! So, here I am, writing this post when what I had originally planned was go to bed to prepare for work tomorrow.

I have considered different different platforms like blogspot / wordpress / Wix. After doing a little research, Wix looks like the most tech-idiot-proof solution for someone as un-tech savvy as me as I do not need to pull my hair out over coding & stuff HAHA.

Another reason for only deciding to setting this up only now is due to the fact that my Year 2 Semester 2 Finals have just ended and hence I have a little more free time on my hands than before.

Year 2 Sem 2

Ever since the beginning of Year 2, I feel that I have been incredibly blessed with lots and lots of new & genuine friends along the way. Towards the end of Year 2 Sem 2, my appreciation for these friends grew as I am starting to realize how miraculous fate is in bringing us all together as table mates or project mates or simply classmates.

My lovely accounting 3 group mates. Super duper blessed and happy to have them cause they are a lot of fun and also very selfless friends who gives their best to answer any difficulties posted onto the whatsapp chat group. And all our names coincidentally starts with a letter C (!!), except for Mr John in the middle HAHA.

Oh and guys, whoever taking AC2101, get into Prof Choo Teck Min's class - cause he is able to make an accountancy student like me who hates accounting to enjoy his accounting classes (LOL one mouth full). Here's a picture in case you can't go to sleep tonight without seeing his face HAHAHA:

But seriously, interest in financial reporting & accounting theory? WHICH OTHER PROF IS THAT DEDICATED TO ACCOUNTING? FASTER COME TAKE HIS CLASS DON'T WAIT ALREADY. #notasponsoredpostokay #iamnotpaidforthis

Annnd, my IT2 group mates. Super happy to have them as well because I found really very true friends here, working together from mornings to nights for the project without any complaints.

There are still so many other special friends that I am so appreciative of and it really warms my heart to know that somewhere, somehow out there, a someone truly cares for you as a friend. Just as a friend, they don't expect any lavish repayment from you, they just want to genuinely care about you, and that's all that you ever need.

Relationships Matter. Protect them.
